Resource Task Properties Option

This gives us the same functionality as using the right mouse button and selecting the 'Change resources allocated to task' option. Listed are the resources currently allocated to the task, having selected the task we can update the amount/style of allocation and save the changes.

The reconciled option is not currently available.
