Latest Start time and critical path

Now we have the earliest start time let's calculated the latest start time going from the project finish backwards, giving:

The critical path is given by the nodes where the EST is the same as the LST, ie. there is no slack (or float) for the node. Any delay for a critical task/node delays the overall project.
